Jack & Jill is seeking a Lead Backend Engineer to spearhead a greenfield AI & Back Office initiative. You will ship production-grade Python systems powering a modern sports betting platform, with autonomy and a player-manager vibe.
This remote UK role offers mentorship of three engineers, architecture of internal back-office APIs, and hands-on work with LLMs and RAG pipelines to automate developer workflows and elevate engineering velocity.
