• Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Fullstack Web Programmer with a focus on developing medium to large-scale web applications.

• Required:
  
  Laravel, ReactJS, Node.js, Tailwind CSS, jQuery, SPA, Web Socket.
• Nice to have:
  Experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Understanding of microservices architecture. Experience with tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Strong interest in education and technology.
• Portfolio:
  Have a relevant project portfolio, both personal and professional, demonstrating the ability to use the mentioned technologies.

• Design, build, and implement new features on our LMS and community platform, such as interactive online courses, discussion forums, grading systems, and collaboration tools.
• Ensure that developed features align with user needs, are scalable, and maintainable.

• Perform routine system maintenance to ensure optimal performance and data security.
• Quickly and efficiently identify and resolve bugs or issues.

Optimize code and databases to improve application speed and responsiveness, especially in data-intensive areas such as real-time updates.

Implement integrations with third-party systems such as payments, data analytics, and cloud services.

Create comprehensive technical documentation to facilitate team collaboration and system maintenance in the future.

• Create a comprehensive syllabus that covers all essential aspects of product management.
• Ensure the curriculum aligns with industry standards and best practices.
• Tailor the syllabus to the specific needs and learning styles of the mentee.

• Provide regular mentorship and guidance throughout the program.
