t to lead the technical architecture of a large-scale digital platform built on Liferay DX
P, deployed on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) with Kubernetes. You will be the primary technical authority for how content, identity, and integration flows interact with the Liferay layer across a multi-vendor ecosystem
Responsibiliti
- es Define the overall architecture for deploying Liferay DXP as a headless, decoupled content/experience lay
- er Design the platform's API consumption model, authentication integration (OAuth2/OIDC/SSO), and RBAC/ABAC permission mod
- el Define API contracts, versioning strategy, and developer-portal approach for teams/vendors consuming Liferay conte
- nt Establish content modelling standards, multilingual/RTL publishing patterns, and workflow governance within Lifer
- ayLead technology decisions on Liferay's extension strategy (Client Extensions, headless APIs) vs. custom microservic
- es Define caching, performance, and scalability strategy to meet sub-300ms content-API response targe
- tsOwn security architecture decisions affecting the content layer: encryption, key management, WAF/DDoS posture, and regulatory compliance mappi
- ng Chair technical governance across multiple vendors/teams — resolving integration conflicts, approving API contract changes, ensuring architectural consisten
- cy Produce and maintain architecture documentation, runbooks, and technical decision recor
- ds Mentor backend and platform engineers on Liferay best practic
