nt Establish content modelling standards, multilingual/RTL publishing patterns, and workflow governance within Lifer
ayLead technology decisions on Liferay's extension strategy (Client Extensions, headless APIs) vs. custom microservic
es Define caching, performance, and scalability strategy to meet sub-300ms content-API response targe
tsOwn security architecture decisions affecting the content layer: encryption, key management, WAF/DDoS posture, and regulatory compliance mappi
ng Chair technical governance across multiple vendors/teams — resolving integration conflicts, approving API contract changes, ensuring architectural consisten
