Service Now Developer
Salary: Up to £85,000 + Benefits
Location: Hybrid (UK - office, client site and home working)

We are looking for an experienced Service Now Developer to join a growing technology team delivering innovative Service Now solutions across enterprise environments. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a combination of project delivery and platform enhancement, helping to improve business processes, automate workflows and enhance the end-user experience.
Working alongside technical specialists and automation teams, you will play a key role in designing, developing and optimising Service Now solutions with a particular focus on Virtual Agent and intelligent automation.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop and maintain Service Now applications, modules and integrations.
- Configure and enhance Service Now Virtual Agent capabilities.
- Develop and support workflow automation using RPA technologies.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Optimise platform performance, troubleshoot issues and ensure high availability.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Service Now platform and development standards.
- Proven experience developing and customising the Service Now platform.
- Strong knowledge of Service Now workflows, scripting and integrations.
- Experience with Service Now Virtual Agent and/or Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
- Strong Java Script development skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams.

- Eligible to work on secure UK Government programmes.
- Able to work in a hybrid environment, including client sites and UK offices as required.
- Salary up to £85,000.
