We are seeking an experienced Integration Engineer fluent in German to enhance voice-agent platform integrations. You'll be pivotal in connecting Parloa AMP with CRM/ticketing systems, ensuring optimal call routing, ticket creation, and customer identification. Familiarity with REST APIs, VoIP technologies, and CRM platforms is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain integrations with REST APIs

• Implement caller identification and automated ticket creation

• Configure call routing and trunk connectivity

• Troubleshoot issues using API logs and monitoring tools

• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout deployments

Requirements:

• Strong experience with REST API and JSON integrations

• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0 and webhook technologies

• Understanding of SIP and VoIP technologies

• Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce
