This hybrid role within BMO's Detection Engineering & Automation function emphasizes designing AI systems rather than manual detection engineering. You will architect efficient workflows, utilize agent orchestration, and employ token-efficient AI solutions. Your impact will be crucial in transitioning to a Modern SOC, enhancing AI capabilities while minimizing costs and improving reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design AI systems for automated detection generation
• Create orchestrated workflows and multi-agent systems
• Optimize agent interaction patterns and processing pipelines
• Integrate AI workflows into CI/CD processes
• Act as a subject matter expert on AI tooling
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or Engineering
• Hands-on experience with frontier LLMs and AI tools
• Strong programming skills, especially in Python
• Expertise in prompt engineering and token optimization
• Ability to thrive in rapidly evolving settings
