ServiceNow Integration Specialist Hybrid Role

In this role, you will design and implement integrations for the ITAM/CMDB ecosystem, focusing on tools like Integration Hub and APIs. Your experience with MID Server, ETL, and authentication will be essential. You'll collaborate with business teams to ensure integration success and support data from various enterprise sources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design integrations for Flexera and Service Now systems

• Build and configure REST/SOAP APIs and import sets

• Troubleshoot MID Server and data transformation issues

• Partner with teams to define integration requirements

• Develop monitoring and exception handling procedures

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Service Now integration experience

• Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server

• Background in ITAM, SAM, or HAM data integrations

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
