Senior Software Engineer at Hitachi About the role
In this position, you will be responsible for designing and developing software for machine control systems used in full line automation. Your work will span from initial concept through to installation at client sites. You will also engage in circuit design related to machine control and troubleshoot any issues that arise during machine setups.

What you'll do- Design and develop software for machine control in full line automation systems.
- Collaborate on circuit design for machine control applications.
- Manage machine setups and resolve troubleshooting challenges.
- Provide on-site support for automation systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++ and Python.
- Experience with machine control systems and automation technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with PLC programming.
- Experience with industrial automation standards and protocols.
- Knowledge of circuit design principles.
