Be-IT is partnering with a fast-growing UK SaaS business to hire a Software Development Manager. This role blends leadership with hands-on coding, owning performance and development of a section of the engineering team while maintaining technical credibility.
You'll work across a modern stack—NestJS/Node.js, Vue, Redis, SQL Server and Single Store—and lead a culture of clean code, Dev Ops, and high collaboration. Expect remote-first work with occasional office travel and strong growth.
