Senior ServiceNow Integration Engineer Remote

This senior-level position involves critical responsibilities in developing and maintaining robust integrations between Service Now and various enterprise applications. You will work with Solution Architects and Infrastructure teams to implement secure, scalable integration solutions. Your efforts will enhance automation and improve operational visibility across a large-scale enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement integration architectures for ITSM and ITOM

• Develop secure integrations via REST APIs, SOAP, and more

• Collaborate with teams to enhance integration standards

• Troubleshoot integration issues across multiple platforms

• Produce technical documentation for integration solutions

Requirements:

• 8+ years of integration engineering experience

• 5+ years developing Service Now integrations

• Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, and enterprise integration technologies

• Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud

• Service Now certifications preferred
