Staff Software Engineer - Elasticsearch Team

In this role, you will ensure optimal performance of Elasticsearch systems, conducting code reviews and supporting teammates in producing maintainable solutions. Your responsibilities will include designing seamless APIs and managing large-scale Elasticsearch clusters, while also providing technical leadership and maintaining system health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and ship high-quality software solutions

Requirements:

• 9+ years of software engineering experience

• Proficient in Go, Ruby, or Rust programming languages

• 1+ year of technical leadership experience

• 6+ years of Elasticsearch maintenance at scale
