We’re partnering with an ambitious AI technology company to hire a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s technical vision, architecture, and engineering organization.
This is a rare opportunity to join the founding leadership team and build cutting-edge AI products while scaling a world‑class global engineering team
What You’ll Do- Define the long‑term technical vision and architecture for AI platforms, distributed systems, infrastructure, and developer tools.
- Lead critical technical decisions across AI model integration, data pipelines, platform architecture, scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Balance rapid product delivery with scalable, long‑term engineering design.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high‑performing global engineering organization.
- Establish engineering best practices, technical standards, and a strong engineering culture.
- Partner closely with Product, AI Research, and Leadership to translate strategy into execution and deliver exceptional products.
- Proven expertise in system architecture
, large‑scale distributed systems
, and cloud‑native infrastructure
. - Strong experience building and leading high‑performing engineering teams.
- Deep technical judgment with the ability to make pragmatic architectural decisions and navigate complex engineering trade‑offs.
- Hands‑on technical background with the ability to guide engineering teams on architecture and execution.
- Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments with evolving priorities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to align cross‑functional teams.
Candidates with experience in one or more of the following will be highly regarded:
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) / Generative AI
- Software Product / SaaS
- Cloud Infrastructure & Developer Platforms
- High‑growth technology startups or scale‑ups
