Fullstack Product AI Software Engineer

I’m hiring multiple full-stack engineers (mid through senior) to build an AI-driven product at a fast-growing / rapidly scaling European scale-up.

You’ll own features end-to-end - from concept and implementation through to live users - and ship rapidly while learning from real usage data.

You’ll collaborate closely with engineering and product leads and gain broad exposure to modern AI practices, deployment pipelines, system performance, and building reliable software for large customers.

You enjoy building new things. You have strong fundamentals, regularly experiment with AI coding tools, and thrive when priorities shift and engineers are trusted to make decisions.

• Practical experience with Python or Golang and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP)
• Good grasp of clean code, data structures and sensible architecture
• Comfortable switching between front-end and back-end work
• Already using AI assistants as part of your normal development process

• Personal projects, open-source work, or previous enterprise software experience
• Previous founding experience

• Shape a product from the very beginning
• Use AI tools daily and apply them to real customer problems
• High autonomy - you’ll work side-by-side with technical leadership and see your code reach users quickly
• International team with colleagues across Europe and the UK plus occasional in-person gatherings

You must be available to attend a one-day hackathon in London or Berlin during the last week of August 2026. Candidates who cannot attend the hackathon will not be considered.
