We are seeking a talented and motivated Principal Machine Learning Engineer who is best in class with a high IQ plus a high EQ. Your leadership will blend machine learning development and operations (MLOps) to automate and optimize the full lifecycle of our ML models, ensuring robust, efficient, and scalable AI‑driven features as we grow.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ML infrastructure on AWS, using services like Sage Maker for model training and deployment.
• Collaborate with product teams to develop MVPs for AI‑driven features, ensuring rapid iteration and market testing.
• Develop monitoring and alerting frameworks for machine learning models to guarantee high performance and minimal downtime.
• Support cross‑departmental AI utilization, enabling various teams to leverage AI/ML and generative AI solutions.
• Provide production support, debugging, and on‑call participation for model incident resolution.
• Scale ML architecture to support rapid user growth, leveraging AWS best practices.
• Mentor and elevate team skills through code reviews and knowledge sharing.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Machine Learning, Statistics, Physics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 6+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a proven track record of deploying scalable ML models in production.

• Deep expertise in one or more areas: machine learning, recommendation systems, pattern recognition, data mining, artificial intelligence, or related fields.
• Proven track record of developing ML models from inception to business impact.
• Proficiency with Python (required) and Golang (plus).
• Technical leadership experience, owning end‑to‑end projects and setting technical direction.
• Experience with relational databases, data warehouses, and SQL.
• Strong familiarity with AWS cloud services for deploying and managing ML solutions.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
