Location: Greater London
Mercor is seeking engineers who have shipped production search systems, especially agentic ones in the era of LLMs and intelligent agents. You will be thinking deeply about the requirements and optimizations of these systems and how they impact real users.
Expect a 25-minute conversational interview with no coding or take-home tasks. We want to hear how you evaluate search quality, design tradeoffs, and the concrete lessons from building and scaling modern search infrastructures.
