What you’ll need We don’t mind what degree background or grades you have, but we want to see:
You have a strong foundation of coding skills (in any language). You have the flexibility and aptitude for the learning it takes to master lots of different tools and technologies. Your approach to coding and ability to solve complex technical problems. How you communicate and collaborate with others. Your enthusiasm for tech and Capital One. The Recruitment Process Step 1:

Virtual assessment day, consisting of a pair programming exercise and a presentation and strengths based interview. Step 4 :
In-person final interview with one of our Senior Software Engineering Managers, and the opportunity to look around our office. Where and how you'll work This is a permanent position based either in our Nottingham or London office . We embrace a hybrid approach to work. You'll spend three days a week in the office (Tuesday-Thursday), with Monday and Friday being optional work-from-home days.
