You have a strong foundation of coding skills (in any language). You have the flexibility and aptitude for the learning it takes to master lots of different tools and technologies. One-way video interview, looking at your motivations for the role and some examples where you’ve shown the soft skills we’re looking for. Step 3 :
Virtual assessment day, consisting of a pair programming exercise and a presentation and strengths based interview. Step 4 :
In-person final interview with one of our Senior Software Engineering Managers, and the opportunity to look around our office. Where and how you'll work This is a permanent position based either in our Nottingham or London office . We embrace a hybrid approach to work. You'll spend three days a week in the office (Tuesday-Thursday), with Monday and Friday being optional work-from-home days.
