Position: Senior Software Engineer (Typescript)
Senior Software Engineer - Belfast Belfast | Hybrid | 3 days in office I'm working with a well-established technology company in Belfast that is continuing to grow its engineering team and invest in modern technology. They're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the team and work on the development of large-scale applications and services. This would suit someone who enjoys being hands-on, likes solving complex technical problems and wants to have a real say in how solutions are designed and built.

What you'll be doing Developing and improving large-scale software applications Working across backend services with some full-stack exposure Getting involved in technical design and architecture Working with modern cloud and container technologies Helping improve development practices and engineering standards Working closely with other engineers, product and technical teams Taking ownership of projects and seeing them through from idea to delivery Supporting and mentoring other developers where appropriate What we're looking for You don't need to tick every box, but ideally you'll have: 5 years' commercial software development experience Strong experience with Type Script Experience working with microservices Good knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes Experience working with AWS or another major cloud platform Strong understanding of software design and architecture A genuine interest in building reliable, scalable software Why consider it?
