As a key member of our Programming Team, you will collaborate with Programmers, Designers, Artists, and Producers.

Your role involves developing and maintaining features across various subsystems like AI and UI. You will ensure system stability and provide informal guidance to junior staff while contributing to the overall team culture through collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop features across AI, UI, Physics, and more

• Design and maintain optimized systems for team needs

• Collaborate closely with QA to fix defects

• Author and review technical documentation

• Provide guidance to junior programming staff

Requirements:

• 5+ years in software development

• 2+ years experience with Unreal Engine

• Strong knowledge of C++ and large code bases

• Ability to enhance workflows with debug tools

• Excellent communication skills for team and client interactions
