This role is for an autonomous Staff Software Developer who will tackle complex engineering challenges and influence the platform's evolution. You will own the full development lifecycle, from designing scalable features to enhancing architecture decisions. Key Responsibilities:
• Design and maintain features for web and mobile platforms
• Build infrastructure for efficient customer onboarding
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet business objectives
• Leverage LLMs to enhance engineering velocity
• Mentor engineers and contribute to technical culture
Requirements:
• 10+ years software development experience
• Expertise in Node.js for scalable backend services
• Familiarity with GraphQL preferred
• Strong skills in React and/or React Native
