McLaren Racing is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and deliver innovative software solutions that support Formula 1 operations. The role combines leadership across multiple projects with hands-on development in C#/.NET, Python and Type Script.
You will mentor engineers, contribute to roadmaps, and work with stakeholders across the business. The position is based at the McLaren Technology Centre with a blend of onsite and remote working, and may require occasional out-of-hours support.
