Our client, a leading Swiss IT services organisation, is looking for an experienced Senior Service Now AI Engineer to drive AI, GenAI and intelligent automation within its Service Now platform.

• Develop and implement the Service Now AI and automation roadmap
• Identify and deliver AI use cases from PoC to production
• Build solutions using Now Assist, AI Agents and Service Now AI capabilities
• Develop intelligent assistants and automated service processes
• Contribute to Service Now architecture, standards and AI governance
• Advise customers and internal stakeholders on AI solutions

• Several years of experience as a Service Now Engineer, Developer, Architect or Senior Consultant
• Fluent German and good English required
• Strong Service Now ITSM expertise; CSM or ITOM is an advantage
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub and automation
• Practical experience with Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Task Intelligence, Virtual Agent and AI Search
• Experience implementing AI solutions in production
• Service Now certifications
• GenAI, LLM and AI Agent experience is an advantage
