SPECTRUM IT is seeking a Principal Java/Kotlin Software Developer to own backend systems on a high-throughput platform. This remote-first role lets you stay hands-on while guiding architecture and engineering standards within a growing R&D team.
You’ll work with Java/Kotlin on JVM 11+, Spring Boot and microservices, mentor peers, and collaborate with customers to translate requirements into robust technical solutions. Expect 2–3 visits per year to the Newbury office.
