• Design, code, test, and deploy scalable, high-performance applications and APIs using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements and architecture.
• Optimize application performance, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security of Fin Tech solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and production issues in a timely manner.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in software development and Fin Tech.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend systems.
• Proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, or C#, and experience with relevant frameworks.
• Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL/No

• Experience in Fin Tech or financial services is highly advantageous.
