My client is seeking a skilled Mid/Lead JavaScript Engineer to be the first engineering hire, working alongside a visionary CTO to build innovative software solutions that enable companies to reduce their energy consumption by up to 20%.As

a Mid/Lead JavaScript Engineer, you will have a unique opportunity to learn and grow under the guidance of the CTO while eventually transitioning into a leadership role. Your contributions will be instrumental in shaping the engineering team and setting the standards for future recruits. Responsibilities:

Participate in the full Software Development life cycle, collaborating closely with the CTOContribute to building the product roadmap and executing it effectively

Engage in recruitment activities to expand the engineering team Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality

Contribute to product design and architecture decisions

Develop robust and interactive websites and web applications

Utilize frontend technologies such as VueJS, NuxtJS, React, or Angular Apply backend experience with NextJS, Express, or Koa Demonstrate expertise in JavaScript, with some knowledge of Typescript Integrate with external REST APIs and implement GraphQL solutions

Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality

Proven experience in building and developing robust and interactive websites and web applications

Proficiency in frontend technologies such as VueJS, NuxtJS, React, or Angular Backend experience with at least one of NextJS, Express, or Koa Strong command of JavaScript, with working knowledge of Typescript Familiarity with the integration of external REST APIs and experience in writing GraphQLAbility to write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests for quality assurance
