About the Role
Our client is seeking a talented and motivated Blockchain Engineer to join their entirely remote team, supporting operations with ties to Port Elizabeth . You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing innovative blockchain solutions that address complex business challenges. - Develop and maintain secure, scalable, and efficient blockchain networks and applications.

- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and optimization of blockchain code and protocols.
- Research and integrate new blockchain technologies and solutions to enhance platform capabilities.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software development with a focus on blockchain technologies.
- Proficiency in smart contract development languages such as Solidity or Vyper.
- Familiarity with blockchain platforms like Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, or others.
- Understanding of cryptography, distributed systems, and consensus mechanisms.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
