About the Role
Our client is looking for an accomplished Lead Software Developer to guide their engineering efforts within a fully remote capacity. This senior role involves leading a team of talented developers, architecting scalable software solutions, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality code. You will mentor team members, drive technical decisions, and foster a collaborative and innovative development environment. Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of software developers, providing technical guidance and fostering skill development.
- Architect and design robust, scalable, and maintainable software systems and features.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Champion software development best practices, including code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 7+ years of experience in software development , with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
- Proven expertise in multiple programming languages and modern software development frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software architecture patterns, database design, and cloud technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, essential for managing a remote team effectively.
