About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced and visionary Lead Full Stack Developer to spearhead their development efforts in a completely remote capacity. • Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers , fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
• Architect, design, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.
• Oversee both front-end (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) and back-end (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java) development initiatives.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and technical roadmaps.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and code review processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the entire stack.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field;
  Master's preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior architect role .
• Expertise in multiple front-end frameworks and back-end technologies .
• Proven experience designing and implementing microservices architectures and APIs.
