• Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable backend services and APIs using languages such as Java, Python, or Go.
• Design and implement efficient database solutions (SQL/No
  
  SQL) to support complex telecom applications.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and system architects to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, participating actively in code reviews and continuous integration processes.
• Contribute to the architectural design and technical roadmap of key telecommunication platforms .
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software defects and performance issues in production environments.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong emphasis on backend development.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language and experience with associated frameworks.
• Solid understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, adept at working within a fully remote team environment.
