Git Lab is hiring an Intermediate Backend Engineer to take backend features from idea to production, collaborating with Product, Frontend, Infra, and Security to ensure quality and security. You will work in a remote, asynchronous environment with experienced engineers reviewing and guiding your work.
You will implement and ship backend features using Ruby/Rails, Go, or other modern languages, design APIs, and ensure maintainability, performance, and observability across services.
