Join Insight Global as a Remote Service Now Developer and lead a significant workflow transformation initiative for a major client in financial services. Optimize processes to boost operational performance.

This contractor role calls for a Senior Service Now Developer skilled in lifecycle management, from capturing requirements to solution deployment. You will be tasked with analyzing current states, designing innovative solutions, and providing critical testing support throughout project phases. You will work with a diverse range of stakeholders, emphasizing the need for strong communication skills alongside technical expertise in Service Now.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document current processes effectively

• Design and implement workflow solutions leveraging Service Now

• Support QA and UAT testing phases for enhancements

• Manage deployment processes and offer production support

• Facilitate knowledge transfer to RBC teams post-deployment

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years as a Service Now Developer

• Deep knowledge of Service Now modules like ITSM and GRC

• Experience in compliance and control testing workflows

• Skills in API integrations highly desirable

• Relevant Service Now certifications are an advantage
