Accelerate internal automation as an Applied AI Engineer with Open Sesame. Focus on scaling AI solutions that optimize workflows and enhance business efficiency in a remote environment.
Join Open Sesame's Workforce Reinvention team, driving innovation through intelligent workflows and automation strategies. This role emphasizes strong partnerships with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to develop reusable automation infrastructure. You’ll help transition AI proofs-of-concept into operational systems while establishing Test-Driven Development (TDD) and CI/CD practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Scale modular tools for internal business operations
• Develop and deploy RAG workflows in production
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines for automation initiatives
• Implement infrastructure-as-code practices using Terraform
• Partner with AI Champions to build reusable components
Requirements:
• Proven experience in AI and automation systems
• Familiarity with CI/CD and agile methodologies
• Ability to collaborate across non-technical teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Available for up to 15 days of travel annually
