Salary: £43,000 - 83,000 per year
Requirements- Experience in software development and a clear passion for writing code.
- Clear understanding of software development fundamentals in Java, Type Script, JavaScript and/or Python, along with good engineering patterns and practices.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Demonstrable experience working in teams, particularly in agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.

- Work with back-end and front-end developers, creatives, UX experts, integration teams, and the client.
- Deliver features end to end, including designing new features and figuring out bugs.
- Deliver cloud-native and containerised applications using AWS Lambda, Spring Boot, NodeJS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB and ELK.
- Build solutions within a Dev Ops and Agile ecosystem using Atlassian, Jenkins, OWASP and AWS tooling.
- Ensure solutions are reliable and resilient across thousands of users and multiple sites.
- Use Site Reliability Engineering methods to keep the solution working under changing conditions.
- Help the client and end users understand trade-offs when making product decisions and explain your approach.
- Keep learning by participating in workshops, sharing resources, and contributing to our engineering culture.
