The stack is Python, FastAPI and/or Flask, with PostgreSQL and strong SQL work at its core, automated testing through pytest, and exposure to a range of architectures, tools and frameworks as each project demands.

What you will need:

3 years of Python development experience building back-end services Hands-on experience with FastAPI and/or Flask Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL

Experience with automated test frameworks, including pytest Comfortable manipulating complex datasets Based within commuting distance of Belfast City Centre (3 days on-site required) Experience working in a client-facing or consultancy environment is a plus Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure) is a plus Why You Should Apply Now Client-facing Python roles with this level of genuine autonomy and technical influence do not come up often.
