We are currently looking for a Business Systems Developer to join our digital transformation team. This position reports to the Head of Digital Transformation

Your day-to-day
Actively participate in the analysis, design, and development of business systems such as ERP, CRM, and web applications. Work closely with developers, business analysts, project managers, and various internal groups at Stingray such as sales, finance, operations, and appsAnalyze different requirements and translate them into technical specificationsDesign and implement solution integrations within the ecosystem (Net Suite, Salesforce, AWS, others)Monitor system performance and ensure technical maintenanceCreate and maintain technical documentation for solutionsPrepare and perform unit testsYour qualifications
University degree in Computer Science or EngineeringUnderstanding of financial and accounting processesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency with AI assistance tools such as Cursor, Codex or Claude CodeExperience in developing agentsKnowledge of relational databases (Postgres or similar)Experience with Netsuite or another ERP systemProgramming experience (Python, Typescript)Resourceful, autonomous, and quick learnerDetail-oriented, meticulous, and accountable for actionsExcellent communication skillsFluent in French and EnglishNice-to-haves
