Senior Rails Engineer & Team Mentor; Remote

Reggie & Cole is seeking a Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer for a remote role based in the UK. This position is pivotal, working closely with the Head of Engineering to ensure high code quality and mentoring less experienced engineers. Responsibilities include backend development with Ruby on Rails, frontend work with React, and critical code reviews. The ideal candidate has strong experience in large-scale systems, a solid understanding of ecommerce challenges, and a proven track record in mentoring.

Competitive salary ranges from £70,000 to £80,000 annually.
