About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary Lead Software Engineer to spearhead development initiatives in their Surabaya office. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to define project roadmaps and technical requirements.

• Champion engineering best practices, including automated testing, CI/CD, and performance optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership or team lead role.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale, distributed systems.
• Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Java, C++, Python).
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
