• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in software engineering , with a proven track record of leading technical teams.
• Deep expertise in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++, Go) and associated frameworks.
• Extensive experience designing and implementing scalable, distributed systems and microservices.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure automation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, crucial for managing a remote team.
