Position: Technical Lead (Ruby on Rails)
?? Technical Lead - Ruby / React I'm currently working with a well-established technology business that is looking to hire an Engineering Manager to join their Belfast team. This is a newly created role within a growing engineering function, offering the opportunity to take real ownership across people, delivery and technical direction. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across Product and Engineering, helping improve ways of working, supporting delivery and developing a talented team of engineers.

What we're looking for Strong commercial software engineering background

Experience with Ruby / Ruby on Rails and/or React Previous experience managing or leading engineering teams Strong technical understanding and comfortable contributing to technical discussions and code reviews Experience working closely with Product and other stakeholders Passion for mentoring and developing engineers Based within commuting distance of Belfast Comfortable working in a hybrid environment The opportunity Up to £120,000k Bonus  equity Newly created leadership position Opportunity to help shape engineering practices and team culture Significant ownership and scope Growing technology business with strong career development opportunities Interested?
