- Optimize software performance and ensure scalability to handle large volumes of data and traffic.
- Participate in code reviews, agile development processes, and contribute to architectural discussions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues in production environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional software development experience, with a focus on telecoms applications.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages like C++, Java, Python, or Go.
- Experience with distributed systems, message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), and database technologies.
- Understanding of telecommunications protocols and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and experience working in an agile, remote development team.
