• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications and APIs using modern frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python/Django, React).
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices for security and maintainability.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement and optimize database solutions (SQL and No

• Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the full stack.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a focus on backend or full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language and associated frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of database design, optimization, and performance tuning.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for building secure and scalable Fin Tech solutions.
