• You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.

• 5+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Dev Ops Engineering.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Extensive experience administering and optimizing Databricks on AWS in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code for cloud infrastructure automation.
• Hands-on experience automating Databricks jobs, clusters, and serving endpoints using REST APIs and Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong experience designing and maintaining Git Hub Actions workflows and reusable CI/CD frameworks across multiple repositories.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with a solid understanding of data engineering workflows.
• Strong understanding of Apache Spark and distributed data processing.
• Experience implementing automated code quality and security checks using tools such as SQLFluff, PyLint, and Git Hub Actions.
• Proven experience establishing SDLC guardrails, branch protection, code ownership, approval workflows, deployment controls, and secure secret management.
• Hands-on experience managing Databricks Unity Catalog, including access controls and data lineage.
• Strong understanding of AWS IAM, Databricks RBAC, identity providers, and least-privilege access principles.
• Experience implementing monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability for cloud and data platforms.
