How can you make an impact?

Working as part of the Global CRM team, the successful candidate provide hands‑on support to our internal business units spanning Higher Education, Schools, and International. The team environment is extremely innovative, intellectually challenging and very dynamic. Research, troubleshooting, analytical, technical and soft skills are a must. The ability to work collaboratively or on your own, being highly motivated with a great work ethic to drive and succeed.

This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within Mexico What can you expect from the position?

Work on assigned tickets within agreed SLA adhering to defined development process

Requirements are clear and ticket outcome defined
Code follows best‑practice, scalable and maintainable

Create or update documentation to enhance/strengthen future development/support

Minimizes misunderstandings and mitigates defects
Knowledge sharing within the team, and a reference for subsequent development

Build/execute thorough test plans ensuring development meets requirements

Test plans to consider positive and negative scenarios
Understand the end‑to‑end transaction, upstream and downstream impacts

Communicate to technical and business stakeholders

Clear on purpose, concise and factual
Appropriate modes of communication e.g. use of Teams, Email or Meetings

We're looking for someone with:

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years professional experience
Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack applications using modern technologies.
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
Proficiency in front‑end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript,and React.
Strong knowledge of back‑end technologies including .NET.
Experience working with AWS.
Experience with database management systems such as MySQL,PostgreSQL.
Develop robust backend services, APIs, and databases.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure software quality.
Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

A plus:

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and ina team environment.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
