Synergy Business Innovation & Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Application Developer to support the United States Coast Guard (USCG). This role will support the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise applications utilizing modern web technologies within an AWS IL2 environment. The ideal candidate will have experience developing scalable web applications, collaborating within Agile teams, and contributing to modern cloud‑based architectures.

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain web applications and services across the software development lifecycle.
• Develop and enhance Angular‑based user interfaces and Node.js backend services in a microfront end and microservices architecture.
• Analyze requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop, integrate, and support RESTful APIs and application integrations with internal and external systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, secure, and well‑documented code following established development standards and best practices.
• Participate in solution design discussions and provide recommendations for application enhancements and technical improvements.
• Conduct peer code reviews and contribute to maintaining high standards of code quality, performance, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, performance issues, and production incidents.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, application deployments, testing activities, and production releases.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including business analysts, architects, QA testers, and product stakeholders.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, design artifacts, and implementation guides.
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Assist in mentoring junior developers and sharing knowledge across the development team.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools and effective prompting techniques to improve productivity, accelerate development, and enhance solution quality.

• 3-6 years of professional experience developing enterprise web applications.
• Experience developing applications using Angular, React, Vue, or a similar modern frontend framework.
• Strong proficiency in Type Script, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS.
