Senior Technical Artist

• Develop and maintain efficient art pipelines, tools, and workflows for 3D asset creation and integration.
• Optimize 3D assets (models, textures, shaders) for real-time rendering and performance across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with artists and engineers to troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions.
• Create and refine shaders, materials, and visual effects to meet project requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the art team, fostering best practices.

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Artist in the games or VFX industry.
• Strong proficiency in 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering software (e.g., Maya, 3ds Max, Substance Painter, Photoshop).
• Expertise in game engines like Unreal Engine or Unity, including shader creation and optimization.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, MEL, or C#.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
