Novakid is an online English school for kids. The Visitor Squad manages the funnel from a first visit to a paid lesson, including landing pages, registration and booking, a blog, and the visitor’s personal account. It measures visitor-to-lead and visitor-to-booking performance and validates its work through experimentation.

• Develop and maintain the visitor’s personal account and parts of the funnel, from landing pages to booked lessons
• Own attribution, including end-to-end visit tracking chains and UTM parameters, and diagnose gaps in V2L/V2B tracking
• Build server-side integrations with ad platforms such as Meta CAPI and Tik Tok Events API
• Write and debug backend code in Python and Node, including endpoints, caching, and server-side rendering
• Support A/B testing through rollouts, feature flags, and post-experiment code cleanup
• Investigate production incidents through Sentry and drive them to resolution
• Monitor and optimize public page speed and Core Web Vitals

• 3+ Years of production experience with Type Script and React
• Work independently on backend code in Python and Node.js, including endpoints, caching, and SSR debugging beyond a thin BFF layer
• Experience with analytics and tracking, including GTM, event tracking, and server-side conversion delivery
• Understand how data travels from click to report and locate data leaks or loss
• Apply a product mindset, working with metrics and hypotheses rather than just closing tickets
• English proficiency
• Будет плюсом: GDPR and consent mechanism implementation on public pages, Headless Word Press, end-to-end testing with Playwright or Cypress, SQL and Big Query for self-verifying hypotheses using data, CDN and edge caching such as Cloud Front, hands‑on experience with Sentry and handling production errors
