Remote Lead Software Engineer - Microservices

• Lead the design and architecture of new microservices and the evolution of existing ones, ensuring scalability and maintainability.

• Develop high-quality, robust, and efficient code using relevant programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java/Spring Boot, Go, Node.js).

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a significant focus on designing and building microservices.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams and mentoring junior developers.
• Deep understanding of microservices patterns, distributed systems, and API design (REST, gRPC).
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, Go, Python, Node.js) and associated frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
