Our client is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Lead AI Engineer specializing in Natural Language Processing (NLP) for a fully remote position. You will lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced NLP solutions that power innovative applications and enhance user interactions. This critical role involves guiding a team of engineers, defining technical roadmaps, and ensuring the successful deployment of state-of-the-art AI technologies that understand and process human language.

- Lead the design and development of sophisticated NLP models and applications, including text classification, sentiment analysis, and machine translation.

- Mentor and guide junior AI engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Stay at the forefront of NLP research and advancements, integrating new techniques and technologies.
- Ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of deployed AI language models .
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on Natural Language Processing .
- Expertise in NLP techniques, libraries (e.g., NLTK, spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers), and deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience leading technical projects and mentoring engineering teams.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
