Senior Technical Services Engineer; Fully Remote

• Health Edge is seeking a Senior Technical Services Engineer with 8+ years of experience supporting ETL processes and software applications.
• This remote role focuses on production support, troubleshooting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support ETL pipelines processing large healthcare datasets and ensure reliability and performance.
• Resolve production issues by analyzing code, troubleshooting, and delivering immediate solutions.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to diagnose and resolve software-related issues.

Technical Requirements:

• Expertise in Python, C#, Shell scripting, and advanced SQL query optimization.
• Familiarity with Airflow, Talend, Redis, Azure Service Bus/Kafka, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with healthcare data formats such as EDI 834, 278, 837, and 999.
