- Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex blockchain protocols and financial applications.
- Manage and mentor a team of blockchain developers, ensuring high-quality code and timely delivery of projects.
- Architect secure and efficient systems for cryptocurrency transactions, tokenization, and DeFi protocols.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project roadmaps, technical specifications, and architectural decisions.
- Oversee the implementation of security best practices and conduct regular security audits.
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Cryptography, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, with a minimum of 3 years in blockchain or cryptocurrency development.

- Expertise in smart contract development (Solidity, Vyper) and blockchain platforms like Ethereum.
- Strong knowledge of cryptography, distributed ledger technology, and consensus mechanisms.
