This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Coding Specialist (Fluent in Dutch) - Freelance AI Trainer Project based in Turkey.
As a Coding Specialist and AI Trainer, you’ll use your software engineering expertise and Dutch fluency to help improve the capabilities of advanced AI systems.
You’ll evaluate how models reason through complex programming challenges across algorithms, architecture, development, infrastructure, and systems programming.
The role combines hands‑on technical assessment with linguistic evaluation, requiring you to communicate naturally and precisely in Dutch.
You’ll challenge models with realistic software engineering scenarios, identify weaknesses, and document reproducible failures to improve future model performance.
Your feedback will help strengthen AI reasoning, coding accuracy, technical communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
The position offers flexible remote contract work for technically skilled professionals who enjoy analyzing complex problems and clearly explaining their reasoning.
Your contributions will help shape AI systems designed to support software development, education, research, and other knowledge-intensive applications.
- Engage with advanced AI models on software engineering tasks, technical scenarios, and coding challenges in Dutch.
- Evaluate model responses for logical accuracy, technical correctness, coding quality, and adherence to software engineering best practices.
- Assess AI performance across areas such as algorithms, data structures, software architecture, frontend and backend development, cloud infrastructure, and systems programming.
- Challenge models with technical topics including asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration, memory management, object-oriented design, secure coding, and distributed systems debugging.
- Verify the naturalness, fluency, and correctness of Dutch language usage in technical interactions.
- Identify and document model failure modes, errors, and reproducible technical issues with sufficient detail for further analysis.
- Provide clear, structured feedback and suggestions to improve model reasoning, coding performance, prompt design, and evaluation methodologies.
- Explain technical reasoning clearly and demonstrate your analytical process when evaluating model-generated solutions.
- Contribute domain expertise that helps improve AI systems intended to support software development, research, education, and other technical applications.
- Strong professional coding or software engineering expertise, with experience across areas such as algorithms, data structures, software architecture, frontend or backend development, cloud infrastructure, or systems programming.
- Fluent Dutch language skills, with the ability to communicate naturally and accurately about complex technical subjects.
- Strong understanding of software engineering concepts and the ability to critically evaluate technical solutions and code.
- Experience with topics such as asynchronous programming, REST APIs, memory management, object-oriented programming, secure coding, or distributed systems is highly relevant.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to technical detail.
- Ability to clearly explain technical reasoning and document findings in a structured, reproducible manner.
- Strong technical writing skills in Dutch are an advantage.
- Bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline is preferred.
- Real-world software development experience or open-source contributions is a plus.
